Your appointment time is valuable & has been reserved specially for you. If you need to cancel, please provide a 24 hr notice prior to your appointment. If you are not able to it may result in a 50% deposit to book your next appointment.
If you are going to be late 10 mins or more to your appointment, please call us. We work hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. If you are late we may need to schedule your appointment for another day. Thank you for understanding!
We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at our salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know within 48 hours. We will be happy to schedule a corrective service within two weeks of your original appointment date.
